Martial arts accomplishments: Divisional 18+ women’s  sparring winner and overall runner up at 2015 US Open; mixed team sparring NBL Word Title 2016 (part of first ever parent-child team to do so), 10+ top three finishes at Super Grands;  divisional 18+ women’s  sparring winner and overall runner up at 2015 Capitol Classics; divisional 18+ women’s sparring winner and overall runner up at 2016 Kumite Classic; dozens of top three finishes as a junior competitor in kata, weapons and sparring, including over a dozen grand-championships won; multiple top three finishes in her rookie year competing as an adult; voted top rookie by Sportsmartialarts.com; member of Team Revolution since 2013; instructor and coach at Family Karate Centers in London, Ontario, Canada.

Non-martial arts accomplishments: Successfully completed 1st year of Engineering program at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada (currently completing 2nd year of engineering program); volunteer on multiple charitable committees in four years in high school; president of Student Athletic Association in senior year of high school; played goalie position for 5 years of competitive hockey (voted to the all-star game 2x);
