TEANNA BAIN

Teanna Bain is a 13-year old high school student from the Greater Hamilton Area in Ontario.  She has been actively participating in karate since she was 6 years old.  Teanna started at JR’s Karate until 2010, at which point she switched to the United Family Martial Arts Mountain on Upper Ottawa St.  She has been a proud member of the United Family since then.

 

Teanna joined Team United in 2015, and has attended 7 tournaments this year.  She attended the Provincials in London and qualified for the Nationals in Kata, Bow, Point Sparring and Continuous Fighting.  At the Nationals in Ottawa, she qualified for the Worlds in Traditional Kata, Classical Kata, Point Sparring and Continuous Fighting.  She is thrilled at the prospect of representing her country in Dublin, Ireland at the end of October, 2016. In 2016 Kobe became a member of Team Revolution.

 

In her spare time, Teanna enjoys horseback riding, showing her alpacas, competing in flyball and participating in sports at school.  Her favorite food is french fries.
