LOGAN BUTTERWORTH

MICHIGAN
Logan Butterworth is 14 years old.  He started studying Tang Soo Do in 2010, receiving his black belt December 14th, 2013. In 2012 he was awarded 4th place in the Michigan Sport Karate Circuit for Open Forms. In 2013 he earned gold medals in Musical Weapons and Free-style forms at WKC regionals.  He also was awarded 4th place in the Michigan Sport Karate Circuit for Open Forms.  In 2014 he earned a gold and a bronze medal at WKC regionals, and a gold and bronze at WKC nationals in Musical Weapons and Free-style forms respectively to earn himself a spot at the World Championship.  Logan was awarded 2nd place in the Michigan Sport Karate Circuit for Open Forms in 2014.  At the 2015 WKC regional competition Logan earned gold medals in Traditional Forms, along with Musical and Creative Weapons, he earned a silver in Free-style forms.  He went on to earn a silver medal in Creative Weapons at WKC nationals. Since joining Team Revolution early 2015 he has thrived and grown as a martial artist and has now branched out onto the national circuit.  His love for practicing and competing. Martial Arts gives him purpose in life and has gained him lifelong friendships.
